Terms of stay

  • Early Check-In: Subject to room availability. Guaranteed check-in before 2:00 PM shall require pre-registration and advance payment.
  • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will be charged the first night’s room rate.
  • Non-Refundable: Once bookings are made and/or guests are checked in, reservations are non-refundable.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged one night’s rate plus taxes; the remaining booking will be cancelled.
  • Payment & Rates:
    • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
    • Rates are in Philippine Peso (PHP), exclusive of taxes, and subject to change without prior notice.
    • Room rates are based on occupancy (Executive Room: 2 persons, Dormitory: 4/5/8 persons) and subject to availability.
  • Agreement: By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms of Stay.
  • No In-Room Party Policy:
    • Loud noise, disturbances, or gatherings beyond registered occupancy are not allowed.
    • Non-registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00 PM.
    • Violations will result in eviction without refund and may incur a disturbance fee.
    • Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
  • Amendments: Once bookings are confirmed, no changes can be made. For booking errors, guests must notify the hotel immediately.

Booking cancellation
  • Cancellation Window:
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged one (1) night’s room rate.
  • No-Show Policy:
    Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date (“no-shows”) will be charged one (1) night’s rate plus taxes, and the remaining reservation will be cancelled.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    Once bookings are made and/or guests are checked in, reservations are strictly non-refundable.
  • Booking Amendments:
    No amendments or changes can be made once room bookings are confirmed. Guests must notify the hotel immediately in case of booking detail errors.
